The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) is in need of investors to establish and operate hotels at the Lagos Murtala Mohammed International Airport. Due to the substantial growth of Nigeria's economy there is a massive demand for accommodation by travellers to Lagos, the country's commercial capital.
FAAN has the responsibility of managing all commercial airports in Nigeria. The federal government has recently closed its coffers to FAAN and the organisation is seeking investors and entrepreneurs to become stakeholders in Nigeria's airports by seizing the business opportunities offered by the Authority.
Investment Opportunity
The hotels will need to be planned, designed, constructed and operated.
Lagos Airport has seen great improvements over the last view years and the number of travellers using the airport has increased considerably.
Incentives
The Lagos State Government and FAAN are offering various incentives to investors looking to invest in Lagos State.
