Summary: The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) is in need of investors for proposed hotels at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos. The opportunity involves planning, designing, constructing and operating the hotels. Demand for acommodation is increasing due to the growing importance of Nigeria as a business destination in Africa. Almost all hotels cater exclusively to business travel although operators are noticing a rice in domestic tourism.  

Sponsor: FAAN has the responsibility of managing all commercial airports in Nigeria, and is seeking to generate various revenue of revenue following budget cuts by the federal government.
