Investors can invest in the processing of manure into fertiliser or even biogas.
Manure is organic matter that can be used as fertiliser in agriculture. It contributes to the fertility of the soil by adding organic matter and nutrients, such as nitrogen that is trapped by bacteria in the soil.
In the area of biogas, an anaerobic digester uses bacteria on manure to produce a gas containing methane to power generators.
