VOIX Networks Limited was incorporated and commenced operation as a telecommunication company in 2001. Although the industry is highly regulated and competitive, VOIX Networks has been delivering high quality services at minimal cost to its customers both within and outside Nigeria.
VOIX Networks’ mission is to be a leader in the telecommunication industry by consistently developing and delivering convergent IP solutions applicable in dynamic and conventional business models anytime, anywhere. The company is managed by well experienced business people who have vast knowledge of IP telecommunication.
As a licensed communication company, services are delivered to individuals, corporate organisations and government parastatals (at both local and international level) through the enabling of communication via voice, data, fax, video and point of sales (POS).
Turnkey Projects
As part of the effort to bring about rapid market penetration, draw customers into our networks as well as ensure sustainable expansion programme, VOIX Networks has adopted a deployment strategy named "Turnkey Projects".
Locations with a concentration of potential subscribers such as hotels, plazas, market places, etc. are identified and services deployed to them. Apart from the potential opportunity of capturing customers fallen along our routes to these locations, it also serves as a strong foundation for immediate connection of POS equipment and operations, as well as to enable wireless broadcasting of the internet network to surrounding subscribers, among others.
Other Services
Prepaid Call Cards: VOIX Networks prepaid calling cards enable customers to make calls at a much reduced cost per minute on any network.
SIP/IPBX Phones: The company’s innovative and state-of-the-art SIP phones are deployed to and installed for numerous subscribed customers. Our acquired modern communication facilities and equipment enable services delivery even with our customers using their existing phone boxes.
Roaming Wireless Network (WiFi): The company is at the verge of concluding an arrangement to deploy a roaming wireless network around the city of Abuja and other parts of the country.
Call Centre: VOIX Networks' calls centre facility will seat a minimum of 150 agents at a time. The centre will serve as call agents to both local and international organisations.
Point of Sale (POS): The world economy is fast becoming one global market. Nigeria, the economic nerve centre of Africa continent, cannot afford to lag behind.
