The Kwara State government is planning to set up a facility for the production of livestock feed.
The project will involve the planning, construction and operation of a sustainable livestock feed factory. The raw materials for the project include maize, soya beans, groundnuts and sugar cane – all of which are cultivated in the state.
This programme will also be aiming to empower the local population as they will actively participate in the supply of raw materials and the construction and operation of the facility.
