Investors have the opportunity to establish a vegetable oil processing plant in Kwara State, situated in central Nigeria.
Investment Opportunity
The project will involve the planning, construction, installation and operation of the facility. A survey of the area will also need to be carried out.
Vegetable oil will be produced for local and international markets.
Most of the crops needed for the production of vegetable oil are grown in the state. These are groundnuts, soya beans and shea nuts.
Incentives
The Kwara State Government is offering a number of incentives to investment in agriculture and agri-processing. Some of these include easy access to land, loans, tax breaks, and essential infrastructure such as water, electricity and access roads.
