The Kaduna State Government has entered into an agreement with an investor to establish a N3 billion waste recycling firm through a private-public-arrangement
Alhaji Saidu Adamu, State Commissioner for Information, said the state government would provide for the land as part of its equity contribution, while the federal government would provide N250 000 for the take-off of the project.
