A delegation of investors from Argentina is currently in Nigeria to explore investment opportunities in the agriculture sector.
The investors yesterday met with various stakeholders in Lagos and also visited the managing director of the Bank of Industry, Evelyn Oputu.
This Day newspaper reports that the group is already talking to numerous organisations and state governments about the deployment of technology in commercial agriculture.
The visit was facilitated by the Nigerian Ambassador to Argentina, Empire Kanu.
According to Kanu, the Argentinian investors are among the country's foremost agricultural and allied industry engineers.
Luis Colombres, the leader of the delegation said that they are interested to invest in Nigeria and to do business with Nigerians.
