The magazine is published and written by Mrs. Tina Anyanwu, a member of the Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

According to Anyanwu there are not many property magazines that are being written by someone actually working in the property industry.

The Real Estate Magazine is going to be published monthly for the time being.
