



The Africa-Arab Business Investment Forum is a major, high-level international forum organised with the endorsement and support of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Trade, the NEPAD Business Group and African Business Roundtable.
The forum will take place from 11th – 13th October 2009 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Aimed at presenting sub-Saharan Africa as an investment destination for Arab/GCC companies, as well as promoting further business collaboration between Arab and African countries, this forum will provide Arab (GCC) organisations the opportunity to explore investment opportunities in sub-Saharan Africa, and at the same time provide African organisations with the opportunity for strategic partnerships, finance and joint venture collaborations that will help grow their economies.
The programme will highlight discussions on key African sectors including: Agribusiness, telecommunications, mining, energy, financial markets, infrastructure development, hotel & tourism among others.
Participation will include senior business executives from Africa, the GCC countries and the International business community from industry, government institutions and strategic investors.
